This notice explains how you can permanently delete the data associated with Invo - The Invoice Maker (the "App"), and what is deleted, kept, and retained. The App is published by Tirth Enterprise, a sole proprietorship based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", the data fiduciary). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.
Deletion is available at any time, directly in the App, and takes effect immediately:
The App displays this confirmation before you proceed: "This permanently deletes your business, invoices, and account. This cannot be undone."
The table below sets out each category of data, where it is stored, whether it is removed when you delete your account, and how long (if at all) it is retained.

The App relies on the following Google services as data processors. Their handling of data is governed by Google's own privacy policy:
Consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to raise a grievance. The in-App Delete account function is the primary means of exercising your right to erasure and is available to you at any time without cost.
If you cannot access the App (for example, you have changed devices) and need help deleting data, contact us at contact@invotheinvoice.in from the email you wish to reference, describing your request. Because we do not hold your invoice or customer data on our servers, most deletion is completed by you in the App and takes effect immediately; where any action is required from us, we will acknowledge and act on your request within a reasonable period and, in any case, no later than 30 days.
